Under the guidance of the Perris Grassroots Campaign Committee to Elect Armmand 4 Mayor, it shall be my purpose, as mayor, to commit the administration of the City of Perris to provide high quality municipal services to all residents, without regard to income level, ethnic background, or neighborhood; to insure that the public affairs of the people of Perris are conducted by:

• an “open government” representing all the people;
• a “clean government” free of conflicts of interest and double dealing;
• and a “green government” beautifying our city and restoring the pride in a safe, inclusive, and livable community.

My campaign for public office in the City of Perris has a popular grassroots basis. The campaign is organized and directed by the Perris Grassroots Campaign Committee to Elect Armmand 4 Mayor comprised of the “little people” or common people from all walks of working class life residing in our city. Our objective is to bring about thorough change in the way business is conducted at city hall. We propose to do this by introducing new thinking, openness, and a massive dose of common-sense democracy to Perris city government.

The Grassroots Campaign Committee to Elect Armmand4Mayor is planning several mobilizing events in Perris between now and November 4.
